Shipment processing time

​

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless additional services such as table making, sanding, or flattening were purchased. If custom services were purchased, this time can be as long as 15 business days. Typically turnaround times are much faster, but it depends of availability.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  If you need your slab or table by a certain date, please talk with our team before ordering.

On Display to Order

Products on display on our website can be ordered and picked up in-store. Average wait times range from 1 - 3 weeks depending on the product.
